In under a decade, America went from barely exporting liquefied natural gas to supplying roughly a third of the world. The turning point came in 2023 when the US overtook Qatar as the world's largest LNG exporter. By 2026, another 57 million tonnes of new capacity comes online.

This is the shale revolution's export chapter. And it is still accelerating.
